One cowboy. One cowgirl. One ranch.
Who will win the Double Deuce by the Fourth of July?

Adele O’Donnell knew that Double Deuce Ranch had to be hers the second she walked onto the property. Freshly divorced, she sees it as the perfect spot for her and the kids to start a new life. Remington Luckadeau was always a carefree playboy…until his suddenly orphaned nephews became his responsibility. The Double Deuce Ranch would be the perfect place to raise two boys. But some fiery woman is fighting him for it, and Remington is not sharing-no matter how the sparks fly when he and Adele are together.

Review:  Carolyn Brown has stolen my heart again with a start to a great new series. I was excited when I saw Talk Cowboy To Me available for review. I jumped on that chance. Ms. Brown has once again created a story that did not disappoint me. She had me hooked form start to finish and I’m so glad I read this book!

Cowboys are a favorite of mine, and have been for some time. Remington Luckadeau is a cowboy that I want to see more of! He was funny, strong and his nephews quickly steal your heart! He’s not one to back down from a competition and that’s just what he had going for him. Competing for the ranch.

Adele O’Donnell is a character that I loved. She was left to raise her twin daughter alone and needed the ranch as bad as Remington. So, she competes just as hard for the ranch as Remington and the story that unfolds is one that I was so glad to read! She reminded me of myself in many ways, as a single mom, and I loved cheering her one. I even loved Boss and Jerry Lee!

I definitely enjoyed reading this story of taking a chance on love and helping each other overcome obstacles. The sparks really flew off the pages. Ms. Brown once again filled her book with hope, laughter and passion. Her characters, from animals to adults, make a home in your heart to stay. This is a book worthy of high praises and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series! Well done, Ms. Brown. Well done!

Favorite Quote: “I think our love is like a good, deep well that never runs dry. If we live to be the oldest people on earth, we’ll still have another bucket of love to take care of us.”
